It's attack stat isn't even bad either but it has no bulk and not enough speed for some ungodly reason and electric types don't have enough physical moves to save them, not including unique moves like Plasma Fists, Volt Tackle or Bolt Strike. Also it's still bullshit that Thunder Fang is just Thunder Punch but weaker, has slightly less accuracy and has 10% flinch which would most likely never fucking happen.
