Would it not be possible that we're seeing Skiddo (#89 in Dex A) and Hawlucha (#89 in Dex B)?
Is it not possible that each picture comes from a different Dex, but both are available in every area and the numbers are just fudged due to some Pokemon appearing/not appearing in that specific Dex?
I know I'm kinda grasping at straws here, but this is a possibility... right?
