Anyway, Nakahama Manjiro is a pretty important guy. He's the first Japanese man to live in America and his knowledge was highly valuable. I doubt that a reference to him of some kind won't appear in PLA, which may make what I'm writing obsolete. Either that or mandate significant edits later down the line.
