>>37120735In comes Rhydon. The opposite of Persian. Slow, but heavy, with moves that pack a bit of punch. Some of its moves will have super armor, letting it get in close for its devastating strikes to connect. Its specials:
>Neutral-BEarthquake. Chargeable. Rhydon hunches over further as you hold the button, and when you let go, it hops up a short distance and crashes into the ground, and anybody nearby will be sent straight up into the air. Covers both sides, range and power increase as it's charged, but its vertical range is pretty low. Rhydon itself will deal damage while coming back down from its hop.
>Side-BRock Throw, though this slot kinda cheats. Also chargeable. At low charge, it acts as Rock Throw, a single projectile with an arc. Mid charge, it turns into Rock Blast, and throws a rock that will break into several smaller ones on impact. At max charge, it becomes Rock Wrecker, and will throw a boulder that can actually block projectiles as it travels through the air.
>Up-BDrill Run. Rhydon moves diagonally up into the air, its drill spinning. Will damage anybody who touches Rhydon, but touching its horn will cause them to receive more damage and knockback.
Final smashes for each are Fake Out for Persian and Horn Drill for Rhydon. Fake Out has Persian lunge ahead at blinding speed, but right before it claws the opponent's face off, it bounces off to the side, and Rhydon comes in with Fissure. The opponent is taken underground, then knocked back up into the air with an Earthquake. As for Rhydon, it gets down on all fours as well, then starts charging forward. It'll 'impale' anybody it hits, spin its drill, then hurl them off of it and up into the air.
>>37120751Battering items are held sideways in its mouth, other items are just carried there. For heavy items, it won't actually lift them, but instead gets an animation where it pushes them along, only flinging them into the air for its throws.
