>>42870951The trouble with thinking "I want to draw something to post online" vs. "I'm drawing this only for me" is that half the time with the former, you end up drawing something that you know will get you some likes or whatever, but it isn't what you *really* want to be drawing. I guess you could always make a throwaway account on whatever site, and post your personal stuff there, but I totally get why you'd hesitate. When it's something intended for your own eyes only, it's like baring the depths of your soul to the entire internet.
It's less that I have art block, per se, it's more "why am I procrastinating so much when this is something I want to do?". Am I really so afraid of failure? It certainly seems it.
