I tried to make one based on some obscure OCT character that likely none of you would know even if i told you who she was supposed to be. The result was... decent.
Headcanon time: She only uses pokeballs to capture pokemon and transport them back to her lab. Other than that she lets them roam free.
She is a professor in her region and is highly respected as an expert in her field. Instead of giving a normal starter to beginning trainers she gives out eevees as she's currently studying branched evolution.
Her favorite pokemon are pursian, mightyena, and mareep. She has a soft spot for small animals.
