is there a swirl?sealed in literally any state gets a premium if you want to sell it. but if the ends are folded down, I'd say open it. PSA grades the celo pack of sealed cards, not the card itself, so folding down the ends ruins it.
if you don't want to sell it but the ends aren't folded, I don't know what to tell you. I still have several such sealed promos sitting in card savers waiting for me to decide.
