The vast majority of rares are "perfectly viable as a casual rogue." Like that takes a lot. New players should concern themselves with getting the staples of a set, which means they should never ever concern themselves with the bundles. The bundles are token inefficient half the time and include shit packs the other half of the time. Sometimes both. Any veteran player with disposable tokens is going to know if a promo is going to tickle their 'bad deck monday' itch. There's no need to preach to them, while you're actively hurting new players by telling them to save for bundles.
