If limited to 6th gen, Froakie. The other two are nice in their own ways, but Froakie stood out more to me.

Out of all of them? Haven't decided yet. Sum it up to a mon from each gen, and I'd probably say Pidgeot, Scizor, Claydol, Porygon-Z and Bisharp.
If limited to gen 6, Spritzee. I hope it evolves into something badass.
