At that point if you're going to consider each mon as just pieces of data, then you might as well just make purely functional battle teams and individual mons for contests if all you're trying to do is checklist every ribbon as an achievement.
The whole purpose of using a single pokemon to collect ribbons isn't just to arbitrarily prove that it's possible to do.
