The tiger should be way more tiger looking, idk why it has armor plating or even what type its supposed to be but byakko is a huge white tiger
the phoenix you could do a lot of interesting things with, like a ghost/fire made of ashes with the outer shell parts or something else more interesting than fire/flying or w/e that is
the tortoise is a turtle for some reason and needs more dragon aspects and also has no serpent parts at all, you could change it to maybe dragon/ice or a similar type and redesign it with the new typing in mind?
And the dragon should just not be a seahorse, it makes no sense at all the design you have for it now is kingdra with arms
tl;dr change their types and redesign them to be more closely related to their inspiration
