Blastoise is fucking retarded. Wartortle looked like it was on the way towards evolving into something really cool. Blastoise is just a bigger Squirtle with the most retarded fucking design on the planet. Even as a kid I thought the cannons were stupid, and as an adult I feel the same way. Blastoise genuinely doesn't even feel like a Pokemon, it's more like something you'd find in an edgy ROM hack.
