I personally go with Shaymin land, Alolachu blank for the ones without fifth support. If they do have it I add either Virizion, Bellosom, Luxray or Meganium if there are blocks. Planning to max Lux and Shiinotic in the far future as I like them a lot. Also some people grinded Rowlet so there's that too.
Also you could make a case for Xurk if you have usable electric types so an Alolachu, Lux/Emolga/other chu and Xurk team could do a good job.
In conclusion there are a variety of ways to deal with water types nowadays and the only thing that could hold you back is the mega of choice, but remember, when in doubt use the Bee, and if there's pesky disruptions adjust accordingly. I'm thinking of being a mememaster and maybe investing in both Sceptile and Amphy in the future as I already bothered to SS them a while ago.
