They wouldn't be trying to print a concept artbook at this point regardless. Those artbooks do come out near the time of the games, but their development wouldn't be in some situation where some guy would print them out like this with the numbers and stuff this far out.
When we get legit image leaks of concept art, they're always raw japanese concepts. Not some kind of TL thing.
