Pokémon doesn't have designs like this and also has its own unique context that shapes how people perceive Pokémon. It's one of the reasons I think quadraped Pokémon do very well and why in general Pokémon tend to be close in smash percent, no one Pokémon dominates hard especially once you reach the 60% area where it's very to the wire.
Digimon on the other hand is different. Sadly I don't have hard numbers but I don't think it would be crazy to assume people would find these designs more attractive that Renamon, Gatomon, Guilmon. Flamedramon, etc. yet all these designs have much more pornographic material than the ones in this pic, I would wager they probably make up a measly 7% or less of all Digimon porn.
