The entire thing hinges on the sparkles of the logo, with people theorising they represent the protagonist pokemon for each chapter, blue for Terapagos, green for Ogerpon, purple for Pecharunt, and the last yellow sparkle for a supposed unrevealed mon.
Monkey because one of the Area Zero sketches portrays an ape-like creature from behind.
Finally people got the idea that the DLC would be based off of classic japanese children's tales, Momotaro, Urashima Taro and Kintaro (golden boy). Now the Kitakami gang is obvious in its inspiration, but Terapagos being Urashima Taro is a huge fucking reach, japs don't care.
And to add to the pile, the very first DLC leak we got - the one with Walking Wake and Iron Leaves and the graphics enhancements - just happened to use a bunch of sparkles as its OP.
