3 stage evo with a 3 energy cost to do only 110 damage with an energy discard seems incredibly mediocre. z Yes I know Magneton has the volt charge ability but it doesn't seem great on paper and slower than other energy acceleration. Plus 3 stage evo lines are just hard to stay consistent in general.
What gives?
