Lake trio is here because they are manifestations of consciousness. Mew here for being origin of all non-directly Arceus made beings in pokemon earth world. Regigigas and Weather trio responsible for shaping world/continents. Heatran was created at time of Dialga/Palkia/Giratina it is said and is the embodiment of the planet's core.
