This is an insanely annoying as fuck fight as this guy has a bunch of different stallshit strategies like PP drain (he drains up to EIGHT fucking PP per turn with all of his bullshit and has items to reduce PP of moves to 0), accuracy dropping with Splash, healspam, status spread, etc. And he isn't even the actual gym
Howeever, if you bring Safeguard or Magic Coat, he kind of falls apart thankfully.
Also, that's the first time I've ever seen non-Huge Power Azumarill used legitimately
