Gen V. For various reasons. I felt the journey in Gen V made me feel more acomplished and refreshed both in BW and B2W2. I also really liked the sprites, how fast paced the battles were and the music. I LOVED the seasons system and how it changed the world and made it feel more alive. But I think that above all, I love the somber tone Gen V had because it was the end of an era, it was truly the twilight of Pokémon and it was felt in the story, the characters, the cities, the sidequests and even in the post game. Game Freak gave everything it could to Gen V, because they knew they were never gonna make a game like this, like what old Pokémon was, ever again and it shows.
