That is not funny. Stall makes battles last unnecessarily long time and in the worst case turns them into horribly tedious PP stall wars where neither side is able to do anything. Pretty much every single competitive player agrees that Gen II was the dark age of competitive Pokemon and it was the generations of stall. Nobody wants to go back there because it was shit.
