You really had this lore that was only present in the illustrations and the small snippets of text in the descriptions of the expansions. Everything else you had to just infer or make up in your own head cannon. It does make us want more, and I don't know if it's good or bad that we never got more. Should we be happy that our expectations were never disappointed by gamefreak? Or would we really enjoy a delta-species or skyridge-themed game?
