However, I hit a snag when I was going for the Kebia berry. Apparently this will only mutate if you have a Poison Barb equipped. I was surprised to find out this is an Oak Item, since I thought I had them all. Checking archives of the Wiki I apparently DO have them all.... except this one. I have no idea how I missed that one since it's one of the first ones you can get, but apparently I have every other Oak Item from the Magic Ball to the Treasure Scanner... except this one.
Where do I even get this thing? I can't find it anywhere even though I supposedly should have unlocked it months ago in Kanto on my first day of playing the game.
