So I ended up going a bit autistic and marked shinies (all of which I ended up owning in the games) and items held (if any).
Typhlosion is my partnermon for fucking ever until it gets crippled in Sinnoh league, so it gets sent to live my my OC trainer's mom and it gets replaced by Cinccino. Raticate is a real bro so it keeps making the main team, and Whimsicott becomes a bro as well. Tropius wasn't used much for battles; it's more of a Contest mon with several ribbons. Clamperl was caught holding a DeepSea Tooth so it ends up being able to pull its weight without evolving. Parasect was used as a good catching bro and gets called back for particularly tough catches. Gliscor, Honchkrow, and Magnezone were obtained in Johto/Kanto/Hoenn respectively as their base forms and evolved in Sinnoh. Magnezone gets called back several times but only makes Sinnoh's main team.
The VIP mons are basically rotation mons that weren't used as much as the main team. Kanto is more of a combination of the mons used there + rest of Johto team. League mons were as of Alola. All of the Pokemon aside from Typhlosion are considered on rotation if needed (ex- Parasect for catching mons). The orb things with the star in them are supposed to be Life Orbs but I'm too tired to get a ref for them
