First you need to dive in one secret cave on this one water route, and find a hidden room. Go to the message on the wall, then use DIG. You will NOT go back to a pokemon center, the wall will fall away. Inside this new room, there's a secret message in braille code, and you need a Wailord and a Relicanth in your party. THEY HAVE TO BE IN CERTAIN POSITIONS OR THE CODE WON'T WORK. Read the message on the wall and an earthquake will happen. Now you can find the Regis... but you still need to unlock them in their rooms. For the first one, you have to read the message on the wall but not touch any buttons for two minutes. For the next, you need to walk to one particular spot anduse STRENGTH. And the last one, you need to go to the center of the room you'll be in and use FLY. IF YOU DO THIS YOU CAN CATCH THE REGIS
