We beat him, we get the running shoes, Pokémon Centers and Pokémarts are separate in this game's region, Oak has us get our rival, he picks Magby, probably because Joltik. We're told to go to a place called Superior Town as it has both a Gym and Team Asgard, the villains of the game. Edge should be coming up.
