The waters around the dock were filled with what seemed to be Magikarp and Barbroach, neither which seemed to have any interest in starting something.
There were quite a few boats at dock though, most of them apparently simple fishing boats but a couple of the larger ones looked almost like a type of patrol boat, which, at the moment, was just as empty as everywhere else.
Further in he could hear the noise of the awakening bug types, as well as the noise of vehicles from the town itself. He also sensed that he was being watched.
