It did, and I might just be a contrarian or a hot take. I haven't really looked at the discourse surrounding it's design and how others feel on it but I honestly really do prefer the original. I know what they were going for design wise and I think it works for their intentions. But I just feel like OG Arcanine is about as perfect as a pokemon design can get personally.
