Meant to mark exits, entrances, animation anchors, interactables, etc. Obviously shouldn't be visible and I have no idea why it calls a Pokeball from your party. My best guess is that throwing a Pokeball or something spawns a dev cube for the Pokeball opening animation, and it shares some code with those specific doors' for some reason thus it gets cloned.
