Definitely nothing major, but I'd just tweak the face-shape to be a little more elongated and reptilian like Scyther's. Just because it always seemed odd to me that a mon with a face as fierce and angular as Scyther ended up with a smooth and nigh-featureless one like Scizor's. I might also make his jaw and face-shape a bit harsher too.
I suspect there would be a lot more porn drawn of him if he looked like this though.
