It's design is good, colorful and detailed but not over worked like Gen 5 and 6. it is reminiscent of Gen 1 and 2 with a majority single color emphasized with small details to enhance the overall design. yet its ability and move-pool give it a uniqueness that many newer pokemon will inevitably fall into obscurity.
Cramorant is one of the best pokemon designs Nintendo has brought out in a long time. this one pokemon has brought a little faith back in the company IMO
