>>55106126Poliwrath, Wigglytuff and Ampharos have gotten a string of buffs for some reason (alongside Gardevoir but that one is more obvious) and many other Pokemon who were decisively non-meta have either gotten one direct buff in terms of new move or change to existing move, or nothing.
Hilariously, Noivern is even worse than it was pre-Boomburst since the move itself is awful and they've nerfed Psychic twice which was its cheapest move.
