The individual ranks aren't in specific order I didn't feel like going that in depth. Honestly imo most of the last few generations have been mediocre to bad with a few highlights. Honestly I'll probably use the shiny drifloon I hatched back in S/M as my starter if possible since I haven't gotten to use it yet. Was not a fan of gen 8 not digging 9 either but oh well
