what I mean is that there's a 'pool' of available EVs you can put into your stats that grows as you level up, so for instance right now I have 384 EVs I can split however I like
The AI obviously doesn't have this disadvantage or doesn't have it for certain mons or however it works so you can have shit like that Sliggoo with defense inflated far past what my offense can possibly be at this point
Which is weird, because I assume he's just going to have illegal EVs later on anyway so what does it even matter
