>>53427018Gen 9 for sure. There's a lot of Pokemon that are simply real world animals with little to no fantasy on their designs. Plus with the shitty 3D, I find it hard to appreciate them. They really seem like they were designed around being easy to model rather than looking interesting.
The Paradox mons are some of the worst gimmick designs I have ever seen, in my opinion. Some are just a NFE with some extra bits and some are just a Pokemon but a robot, not even Steel-type sometimes.
Every gen has a few stinkers to me, but Paldea didn't even have a single one I was particularly passionate about.
