I'd argue that white, soft looking dragons are far more badass than edgy ones with lots of calluses and armored skin/scales. A callused dragon is a dragon that gets into fights more and has to toughen up because otherwise it'd lose.
A fluffy, pure look dragon is either one that intelligently avoid conflict or is powerful enough to vanquish its enemies before it even takes a scratch. It also must take good care of itself to maintain such a pristine coat, whereas the color black hides dirt easier.
I personally like the ethereal look of Reshiram better. The truth is more valuable than a fleeting ideal.
Zekrom may have 6 resistences but it has 4 weaknesses, including Fairy. Reshiram has 5 resistences and only 3 weaknesses because its Fire typing nerfs Fairy attacks. Ice attacks also get nerfed for the same reason.
