Every Pokemon movie is different from the others and M20 was such a clusterfuck of cursed scenes that I doubt M21 will be able to replicate it. If it's bad, it's going to be bad for a different reason. Also, I'd rather have a bad movie in the art style of M20 or M21 than a mediocre movie in SM's ugly art style.
