Adapt. Of course it's going to be shit in 6v6 single battles, because it's not built for that. Try doubles TR with someone who has a support setup, can't be Taunted, and can be equipped with the Safety Goggles. Or you can use that that 75/230 Defense spread and use Sand Force boosted 31 Speed Gyro Ball, which it now gets from Onix.

Despite its appearance, Aromatisse is your best bet for setters. The others fear Dark type, Knock Off, and everyone but Slowking fears Taunt and Encore. It can also be your cleric to remove status.
The second thing you should know about Trick Room is that it isn't as great as it was in past gens. Trick Room teams fear priority, which is king in this gen.
