Double Teaming/Assist. You can send out another Pokemon who helps with combo attacks or something for a limited time. It's cool for a lazy dev like gamefreak because you don't really need any new assets other than animations for combo moves (like Z moves and Max moves) because it's literally just another Pokemon coming out.
