The lore of his region is that the climate and lands are extreme enough to make weather more powerful, and the "Weathergy" energy causes each type to have a related weather effect.
>Big changesAll weather is broken into 3 categories: climate, irritant, and energy. You can stack 3 different effects at a time so long as they're different categories, otherwise they override one another.
>Strong Winds (Flying)Flying type gets a unique weather similar to Mega Fug. It auto clears all active weather even activated. However, any weather set up during Strong Winds stays and gets a buff (usually increasing the effect of what it already does, some will add extra bonuses). Also Flying gets a speed boost
>ClimateRain - Water
Harsh Sun - Fire
Hail - Ice
Fog - Normal
Blood Moon - Dark (all dark types get prankster, SE hit is now 2.5x damage
>IrritantHail - Ice
Sandstorm - Rock
Dust Storm - Ground (weakens Electric, speeds up Ground)
Pollen Storm - Grass (anyone who isn't Grass or Bug gets -2 SpAtt)
Pheromones - Bug (speed and acc increase for Bug and Poison types)
Smog - Poison (poisons everything that can be)
Fairy Dust - Fairy (reduces Eva for all non Fairies, heals all non Ghost or Dragons at end of each turn)
>EnergyFighting Aura - Fighting (crit ratio up for everyone, Fighting immune to debuffs)
Cursed Winds - Ghost (chip dmg to anyone who isn't Ghost, Dark or Normal)
Psychic Field - Psychic (buff Psychic moves, debuff Dark)
Dragon Force - Dragon (SE dmg is x1.8 now)
Thunderstorm - Electric (electric moves all have perfect acc and any Pokemon can be hit by lightning randomly for damage)
Magnetosphere - Steel (steel moves all have perfect accuracy, electric moves will always hit a Steel type}
