With Mark gone I decided to add Sheva the Heliolisk in its place and swapped Lapras for Saddler the Ludicolo. I can always use Lapras on gen7 and this is my last chance to use Ludi (well, theres always gen8 but dont plan to use it there). I feel like the team is ready for e4

Magneton
Tentacruel
Flygon
Mightyenna
Machamp/Armaldo/Crobat
Solrock can be used against Winona but its ass afterward. Mightyenna is a great pick to deal with Tate & Liza and Phoebe on the e4. You can also try to catch a ghost type on mt. pyre. Last slot is a personal choice, altho Machamp destroys Glacia on the e4, Crobat and Armaldo are always reliable picks on Emerald
