Dragonite looks really babyish and has tiny wings, thought he looks lame and harmless even as a kid for this being a monster taming game about monsters fighting eachother.
Salamance baits you with its dragon typing but its legs are the size of dachshunds and it's wings are weird and not cool.

This leaves me with saying Charizard is the most satisfying non-legend dragon. Yeah yeah I'm supposed to hate it because it's shilled in everything which is true. I still like him though and I also reject group a vs group b internet groupthink.
I wish Gamefreak would make another non-wyvern non-legend dragon pokemon that looks like an actual dragon. They won't though.
