>>54469727It's hard to say if they're genuinely evil or if they've been corrupted, the Scarlet Pokedex entries all say their Toxic Chains are the source of their enhanced attributes, and the blurbs from when you go after them as Titan Pokemon imply they were normal Pokemon who all had desires (Wisdom, Power, Beauty) for attributes they lacked until something changed them.
I'm willing to bet the Toxic Chains are a creation of the Tera Crystals that drove them all bad, much like how Turo/Sada go insane as they pursue their own desires.
