I live near both a huge mountain and a mine.

Lots of Sableye, maybe even Carbink.
Lots of desert pokemon oddly we would have eggsecute and it's tree version.
We could Also have fire pokemon as the land is volcanic.
Finally we would have the usual town pokemon.
