>>30965762If he ever achieves that level of popularity, it would be pretty neat. I mean, he would get tons of fanarts, merchandise and maybe even added to Smash as DLC or something. But, at the same time, this fanbase is pretty good, nice and comfy; making him so popular would only attract normies and autistics like half of Charizard and Greninja fans, and I'm not sure if I want that to happen.
IV were good before, but now that Pokémon wants to be an actual competitive game, it has no place outside of maximum values (or minimum, for Trick Room, getting less damage from confusion).
Maybe next gen, a man can dream after all.
