It's not anthro enough to be furbait, nor is a reptile to be scalebait.
It can't be a waifumon because it's a bird designed with a bird body shape, nothing feminine or slutty about it.
The "edgiest" parts it has are the beaks and the talons, but this wasn't add ti make Dodrio look edgy, as real birds do have those.
Dodrio isn't cute at all. It's a fierce bird.

The design is pretty different from real ostriches and kiwis. It got three heads, crests, and a pink tail. Plus the body shape itself is different from a real ostrich's. Ostriches also don't have long, light brown beaks (kiwis do, though, but the beaks are way different from a kiwi's).
