>>49807242I don't know about Pokken, but in Unite's case half the clothes would be impossible for a pokemon to even get into. It's easier to write it off as a hologram rather than have people wonder how the fuck Blastoise squeezes into a jacket. And making it special hologram technology helps avoid setting a precedent that pokemon would wear clothes normally. Which is frankly for the best because pokemon look fucking terrible in clothing.
