Started my 7th try for this and wouldnt you know it, something fitting happened luck-wise: My catch on Route 102 was a Ralts and soon after I found 2 other Ralts in a row.
On the other hand, despite my pseudo-dupes rule I still ended up with 3 Zigzagoon, and given my other encounters (Including a failed Whismur on Route 116) Roxannes going to be another slow fight when Im done grinding, but Im used to that by now.
