Honestly I can relate to Goh solely given I was kept stuck in my house as a kid with just tech growing up and as socially stunted as I was I still understood I liked girls even if I never made it known and kept to myself. People like Goh will open up to their best friends which would be Ash and Koharu in his case but generally barring a few broad things like his goals he'll probably learn to keep everything he can close to the chest due to his lack of social skills.
