Bird milf is one of the most obnoxious generally, I'd recommend
trading her daughter an Onix for an Electrode, and when I fought her on Insane I also used a Minior and Delibird you can catch early, and a Gligar and Ampharos. In my latest Expert playthrough I also used an Onix.
